1801 California

The parking structure located between Stout and California along 19th Street serves as the parking facility for the 1801 California "Qwest" tower, as well as the adjacent 1701 California tower across 18th Street.  It serves monthly parkers for both buildings which includes nesting control and Transcore AVI readers for access in and out of the facility.  It has 12 entry and exit lanes with 1 reversible lane for peak contract exit times and 3 lanes for entering and exiting the nested area.  The 1801 California garage has 16 AGP-1700 gates, 6 ETP-22 ticket dispensers, 3 AGP-4400 ExpressParc exit stations, 1 Amano AGP-5200 Fee Computer, 1 Amano AGP-7800, and an Amano AGP-4300 ExpressParc central pay station.  The garage is controlled by a new AmanoMcGann iParc Professional system.  The new hardware and software system provides a reliable solution for parking that benefits both the managing companies and the tenants alike.
